Welcome to Healthy Tidbits!  It’s where I blog about kitchen adventures, traveling, fun workouts, running, my life as a wife, and working toddler mom.

I got started with running in high school because I was trying to lose weight stay in shape.  Since then, my love of running has grown.  I have run a handful of 5k’s, 8k’s, 10k’s, and have 5 1/2 marathons under my belt.  My ultimate goal is to run the Chicago Marathon before I turn 30 (edited to add: COMPLETED! BOOM!).  That leaves me with 2.5 years.

Besides working out, I enjoy cooking..and eating 🙂
